Hi, I’m Rashea Banks, MSN, CNM

Certified Nurse Midwife and Maternal Wellness Advocate.

After years of supporting families in the office and hospital settings, I saw a gap: many parents were craving guidance and structure outside of appointments. I wanted to create something that felt both educational and nurturing. Simply a way to plan your pregnancy with confidence and calm.

That vision became The Prenatal Planning Co.

Here, I provide prenatal education that is rooted in midwifery care. The Prenatal Planning Co offers practical planning tools to help you feel ready for every milestone, mind, body, and heart.
